Angela is an Australian qualified lawyer, admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales Australia in 2015.  Having previously worked in criminal law, Angela assisted in large-scale fraud cases for the Australian government.  Angela will be admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales on the completion of her transfer exams later this year.

Angela currently manages her own caseload of high-value and complex POCA matters throughout England and Wales bringing her analytical skills to each case while providing an excellent service to her clients.  She is able to grasp complex matters quickly and provides sound legal advice to her clients on a variety of POCA related issues.

Angela is also frequently instructed on ancillary matters concerning the settlement of Confiscation Orders and is skilled at negotiating fast resolutions with the Prosecution to achieve a satisfactory outcome.  Angela is experienced at preparing applications under Section 11 and Section 23 of POCA 2002, as well as challenging Applications under Section 22 made against clients.

Angela also has experience in preparing Section 10A applications to assert third party interests within Confiscation.
